Game Tester Tests

GameTester emails is sent from GameTester and includes '@gametester.co' in the 'from' email address. Member Services communications are sent from GameTester and include '@gametester.co' in the 'from' email address. If you are not sure that the email you received is from GameTester, please contact us
Click the link in the email sent to your registered email account or click the link received via our GameTester app and it will take you to our 'testing page' where you will be able to see instructions as well as a link to the game you will be testing.

Alternative method
Log in to your GameTester account and click on My Tests, here you will be able to see completed tests as well as new tests available to you and the expiration time.
If you received a test invitation you are qualified, all you will have to do is follow the instructions laid out on the testing page.
If you followed the instructions on the testing page and you still can't complete the test please continue to the survey and tell us why you were unable to complete the test.

Absolutely not! GameTester is firmly committed to protecting your privacy. We promise that we will never willfully sell, trade, rent, disclose, or make available your identity, email address, phone number, or home address to any outside third party without receiving your authorization to do so, or unless we are required to do so by a court decision or by a public authority.


Game Tester Technical

GameTester only send emails to Members with confirmed email addresses. If you recently applied to be a game tester and have never received an email from us, your email address may not be confirmed. Check your inbox and spam folders for your confirmation email you received from GameTester, follow the instructions provided in the email to confirm your email address.
Unfortunately, not. To log in as a GameTester Member, the cookies feature must be enabled on your browser.

To access data securely and to fully participate as a game tester, please be sure that both the session and permanent cookies are enabled.
When logging in as a tester, please ensure that you are using the correct email address and GameTester password. If you have misplaced your password, or you need a new password, please click here, then click on the "Forgot your Password?" link.

If, after receiving your new password, you are still unable to log in, you may need to clear your cache and delete temporary files. Another possibility is that you may be using a filtering and blocking software program that is not allowing cookies to be placed on your computer. Lastly, your computer may be behind a firewall or proxy server that prevents cookie transmission. This is commonly found in a corporate environment. So, regardless of how your browser is set, cookies won't be sent or received by your browser.
